Juan Roberto Diago: 20 Years of Creation

A solo exhibition of works by gallery-represented Contemporary Cuban artist Juan Roberto Diago. Diago's bold works embody the Afro-Cuban experience and examine themes of marginalization and ancestry. Imagery representing scars, both physical and emotional, speak of the ongoing pain of inequality and prejudice which is passed down from generation to generation.
